Hanging of the Greens - 2025

On November 23rd, 2025 - Maplewood gathered for a festive evening of preparation and fellowship as members came together to decorate the church for the Christmas season. Volunteers put up Christmas trees and decorations throughout the church. Laughter and conversation filled the rooms as hands worked together, reminding everyone that preparing for the season is as much about being together as it is about tradition.

Following the decorating, participants enjoyed a comforting meal of homemade soups and desserts generously provided by Martha’s Circle and the Deacons. The shared meal offered a time to pause, connect, and give thanks for the dedication and service of those who made the evening possible. This gathering was a meaningful way to prepare our hearts and our church for Christmas, celebrating service, hospitality, and the spirit of working together as one church family.
